So I'm way behind again...
I've gone back to work at Job Corps - which I LOVE - but I'm exhausted and literally have ZERO time to get anything accomplished outside of work and taking care of my kids. I'm not sure how I'm going to finish my last 15 or so hours of practicum time...
It is my goal to get caught up with everything this weekend, as well as getting prepared to deliver an immense presentation in my Sexual Issues in Counseling course.

I guess right now if I had a magic wand it would be one that could give me more hours in the day!
I always feel that I'm playing catch up with everything with this class. I'm having trouble trying to get everything accomplished on time, I couldn't imagine how it would be to have children right now. It must be very exhausting. Good luck with your presentation and with the exit exam during this upcoming week.
ReplyDeleteThrough my practicum hours, I have learned that counselors must be very resourceful with their time. Between teaching guidance lessons, individual counseling sessions, and dealing with administrative and other duties, counselors are extremely busy individuals.
